24,216 entries: 97 ABP wildcard rules + 24,119 exact FQDNs, across 99 apex domains verified Meta-controlled via live NS delegation lookup. WhatsApp is preserved: whatsapp.com, whatsapp.net and wa.me are excluded wholesale, and no wildcard is issued for facebook.com or fbcdn.net because 190 WhatsApp-serving hosts (whatsapp-cdn-shv-*, fna-whatsapp-shv-*, whatsapp-pp-shv-*, whatsapp-chatd-*-edge-shv-*) live inside those two zones.
